1. Login to POEMS trading portal, navigate to the STOCK module and click on the OTC module to begin your registration.

Non-Phillip Securities Account Holders
1. Register to become an OTC registered investor.
    Click here to begin the registration process.
2. To begin trading on OTC securities, investors must maintain a Phillip Securities trading accounts (POEMS). Investors     will be contacted shortly by a Phillip Securities trading representative to assist in the opening of the trading account     after the 1st step is completed.
