Process of quoting on OTC Capital
The whole process mainly involves the following:
Firstly, a meeting between OTC Capital and the prospective company is held to determine the suitability of the prospect to be quoted on OTC Capital.
After the initial meeting, a corporate advisor will be appointed by the company. A process of due diligence and other preparatory work will be done by the corporate advisor for admission to OTC Capital.
The company is then admitted to OTC Capital upon fulfilling the admission criteria.
