To enable a company to gain admission into the OTC Capital ("OTC"), a Corporate Advisor is required. The duties of a Corporate Advisor are as follows:
· set up a timetable with established milestones leading towards the submission to OTC.
· undertake legal due diligence - such as checking on agreements between the company and their customers, suppliers, etc
· undertake due diligence on their management to ascertain their suitability as directors.
· ascertain the robustness of their forecasts
· help the company in its preparation of the Information Memorandum to the OTC Capital committee.
· advise the Company on the various compliance issues with respect to SFA and the OTC Capital rule, e.g. timely reporting, etc.
Currently, there are six Corporate Advisors that collaborate with OTC. They are:

Prospective OTC companies may choose Corporate Advisor who holds the Capital Market Services ("CMS") corporate finance license. This may not be listed above.
