Reviews and approves all issuer company's application to the OTC. Also oversees and manages the proper functioning of OTC. The OTC Committee is consisted by personnel of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd.
To enable a company to gain admission into the OTC Capital ("OTC"), a Corporate Advisor is required. Prospective OTC companies may choose Corporate Advisor who holds the Capital Market Services ("CMS") corporate finance license.
The Market Maker makes the two-way price for the securities in the OTC. They are currently from Phillip Securities Pte Ltd.
The Custodian takes charge of the back-office functions like settlement, share registration, custodian and administration of corporate actions. All securities quoted on OTC will be held in custody under Phillip Securities Pte Ltd nominee in trust for the beneficial shareholders. Only shares registered as such can be allowed for trading on OTC Capital.
